COMMUNICATING IN GLOBAL TEAMS

    This course will explore group process theories that are relevant to communicative behavior in small group and team settings. Key topics will include information exchange, decision-making, leadership dynamics, and effective meeting strategies. As part of the curriculum, students will participate in team projects that test theoretical propositions, allowing them to engage in practical research and apply concepts in real-world scenarios. Students will have the opportunity to become more effective and confident communicators within a group structure. The course emphasizes skill development that enables individuals to contribute meaningfully to collective communication efforts. Through the study of theories related to group decision-making and leadership, students will gain insights into effective group interaction.
